This video from oorail.com shows an example full rake of Mk2 coaches from Bachmann. This rake consists of a brake coach at either end which was a common configuration as it helped speed up the turnaround time as the brake coach didn't have to be moved from one end of the train to the other. This configuration shown is BFK-FK-FK-TSO-TSO-BSO. In the video the audio identifies the BFK as BCK, this is not correct, the coach is a BFK.
