Hornby Dublo Merchant Navy R3971 General Steam Navigation arrived out of the box with a tender that was sticking up in the air. In this video, I troubleshoot the problem and track down the root cause of the problem. The fix will probably apply to other Hornby steam locomotives with tenders.
